CBRA’s Brownfields sites are ready for conversion to high-tech use with desirable open expanses, high ceilings and heavy load bearing floors. Most are close to major highways and rail lines and have easy access to state-of-the-art fiber optic communications infrastructure.

CBRA and CDA provide direct, guaranteed and participating loans , as well as TIF(tax incremental)  financing for the remediation and redevelopment of these environmentally contaminated sites.
