 FINANCING
CBRA, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Connecticut Develoment Authority (CDA), provides direct and indirect financial assistance for brownfields remediation and redevelopment.

CBRA's Products:

TAX INCREMENTAL FINANCING- (GRANTS) - Example
TIF is available to investors, developers and business owners who undertake redevelopment projects.  The proceeds are to be alocated for the remediation of a project located in any municipality in Connecticut.  Municipal authorities must agree with CBRA to the allocation of incremental tax revenues.
